Digify price in pounds
Digify lists $120/mo as its entry price, which is about £90 a month at our indicative rate of $1 = £0.75. The invoice is likely to be in dollars, so the sterling cost moves with the pound: a 5% swing in the exchange rate changes the entry figure by roughly £5 a month.

VAT on a Digify invoice
Digify lists its head office in Singapore. When a supplier based outside the UK invoices a UK business, the business usually accounts for VAT itself under the reverse charge: no VAT on the invoice, but output and input entries on your own return.
If Digify bills you through a UK subsidiary instead, 20% is added to the invoice in the ordinary way. Ask which entity will invoice before you sign.
The inc-VAT figures matter most where VAT is not fully recoverable: partly exempt businesses such as many insurers, lenders and residential landlords, charities, and unregistered start-ups. Reverse-charge services also count towards the £90,000 VAT registration threshold for a company that is not yet registered. Your accountant should confirm how this applies to your business.
How the Digify bill is built
Flat fee, every month. The flat fee keeps a fundraising room affordable, but our data shows no Q&A, no two-factor login and no single sign-on. Those gaps can push a growing round towards a different tool, so price the switch before you start rather than mid-raise.

UK contract questions before you sign
- Notice period and minimum term. On a monthly plan, ask how many days' notice stops the next charge and whether cancelling part-way through a month earns any refund.
- Automatic renewal. Check whether the order form rolls over by itself. Business contracts carry no statutory cooling-off period, so a renewal clause binds as written; diarise the cancellation deadline against your expected completion date.
- Archive at completion. Ask what an encrypted copy of the room costs (a download or a USB set for the completion bible), what format it comes in and how long read-only access lasts after the room closes.
- Deletion under UK GDPR. As your processor, Digify should delete or return personal data when the service ends, unless law requires it to keep a copy (UK GDPR Article 28(3)(g)). Ask for the deletion timetable, how backups are purged and written confirmation once it is done.
- Governing law and invoice currency. See whether the terms follow the law of England and Wales or a foreign system, and ask to be invoiced in pounds if possible, so a weak pound does not inflate the bill mid-deal.

Digify UK cost questions
How much will Digify cost me in pounds?
The published entry plan of $120/mo works out at about £90 a month. Six months comes to about £540 before VAT, or £648 with VAT at 20%.
Will VAT be added to a Digify invoice?
With a head office in Singapore, an invoice from outside the UK normally carries no VAT and a UK business accounts for it under the reverse charge. A UK subsidiary invoice would include 20%. Ask which applies.
Will a Singapore-based supplier add UK VAT?
If the invoice comes from outside the UK, UK business customers usually account for VAT under the reverse charge. Confirm the billing entity, and remember reverse-charge services count towards the VAT registration threshold for unregistered companies.
Is Digify suitable for due diligence after term sheet?
For light diligence, perhaps. Without Q&A or two-factor login in our data, many UK investors and their lawyers will expect a fuller room.
Can I try Digify before I pay?
Our data lists a free trial for Digify. Ask how long it runs and whether trial content carries over to a paid room.
